The space ☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆ This lovely oceanfront home boasts four comfortable bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Each bedroom features elegant decor and has a new Roku TV so you can keep up with all your favorite shows during your holiday. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and faces west, so you get a beautiful blast of sunlight in the evening. Drift to sleep in the plush queen-sized bed after an adventurous day. Guests in this bedroom have access to the main floor bathroom which is shared with common areas. Make your way upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find three more beautiful bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms each contain two plush queen-sized beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The second bedroom faces west while the third bedroom faces east, so you can enjoy stunning ocean views. The third bedroom also shares a balcony with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom is a luxurious primary suite with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a balcony with incredible ocean views. All three full bathrooms have been recently renovated and offer a stylish and immaculate space to freshen up throughout your stay. This is not an actual charge, but a temporary authorization (hold) on your bank account. The hold will be released within 3 days after checkout, provided no damage is found. Additionally, all guests are required to review and sign the Pet /Rental Agreement, which includes but not limited to the following information: ** House Rules & Important Information ** > Primary guest must be 25+ years old, present for the entire stay, and provide a valid ID matching the reservation and payment method. > No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. > No smoking or vaping inside the home or on decks. Evidence results in loss of cleaning deposit and possible extra fees. > Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. > No illegal activity or substances. Immediate eviction with no refund. > No subletting or third-party bookings. ** Check-In / Check-Out ** > Early check-in must be pre-approved and may incur fees. > Late check-out is not permitted and charged $100 per 30 minutes, deducted from the security deposit. ** Pets ** > Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $75 per pet per night fee. > Dogs are not allowed on furniture, beds, pools, hot tubs, or the beach. > Damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the security deposit. ** Property Care ** > Keep the home clean and in good condition. > Report any damages within 24 hours. > Lost keys incur a $50 replacement fee. ** Payments & Deposits ** > Full payment required at booking; balance due 30 days before arrival. > $500 security deposit held 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout if no damage. > Cancellations follow a firm policy; some fees are non-refundable. ** Amenities & Liability ** > No refunds for appliance, pool, hot tub, elevator issues, weather, or utility outages. > Guests assume all risks related to property use and recreational amenities. > Owner access permitted for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies. ** Eviction & Refunds ** > Violations of house rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund. > Refunds for unused days only apply in cases of mandatory evacuation.
