Access to the river is limited to 3 designated areas including a boat launch and a large white dock within a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Entering or exiting the river from the bank is prohibited and can result in a $250 fine from the neighborhood association. NO SMOKING on River Meadows property, including common areas, pathways, and all other amenities. No large parties or events, and no street parking permitted.
