With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full kitchen, this vacation rental is sure to meet your group's needs, whether it be for one weekend or all season long! The space Welcome to just renovated 49 Wabler Court in the Blue Heron Village at Big Boulder Lake. This large 3 bedroom townhouse with seasonal lake views is conveniently located near the walking trail that leads to The Lake Mt. Beach Club and the popular Boulder View Tavern. The bathrooms have been updated along with the appliances, light fixtures, thermostats, keyless entry, and hot water heater. The property comes with all updated furniture which just adds to the character of this home. Amenities incl. Air Conditioning, linens/towels/ shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper/bathtub/ fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, flat-screen TV, & wood burning fireplace! A private and secluded corner unit with an outdoor deck area. This unit has Air conditioning which many units in our complex do not. This is a very spacious 1390 square foot 3 bedroom 2 full bath townhouse in the scenic and relaxing Lake Harmony. Upstairs 2 bedrooms have two twin beds and 1 queen bed along with its own private renovated ensuite equipped with a beautiful freestanding tub, modern tile, and a small stall shower. The bedroom on the first floor includes 1 queen bed. The living room has a couch. The bathroom on the first floor has also been recently renovated with tile throughout and double sink vanity and tub. This Townhome in a prime location with a very short walk (down a gravel path from the parking lot) to the Boulder Lake Club as well as the Boulder Lake Tavern. 10 minutes drive to the Jack Frost mountain and 25 minutes to Camelback ski resort. On the weekends live music from the tavern can be heard from our deck or if you want, enjoy it at the tavern along with drinks on the lake and walk back to bed! This is one of the few units with a large walk-around deck. For families wishing to spend quality time at home, 2 flat-screen TVs are available along with books and games. A fully equipped kitchen is available for home-cooked meals. Linens and bath towels are provided along with shampoo and conditioner so you do not have to pay extra or pack your own! SUMMER TIME ONLY: Access to the Boulder Lake Club is included (up to 8 passes) for no additional charge! Access to the lake club is only available during the summer months ( Memorial day weekend to Labor Day). Fireworks of any kind, no matter how small, are absolutely prohibited by the association as well These rules are seriously enforced by community security and the neighbors. PETS Pets are welcome, but there is an additional $100 for your stay. The pet fee will be requested on your day of check in and must be approved prior to checking in. Our HOA only allows one dog to be at the unit. The HOA also restricts Pittbulls, Rottweilers and Doberman. Please let me know before check-in so I can send you a payment request and you can enjoy the company of your pets during your stay. ITEMS PROVIDED AT THE HOUSE - Kitchen: One roll of paper towels, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, glasses, mugs, drip coffee machine, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash can with one extra bag in the bottom, glass cleaner, surface cleaner, broom/dustpan - Bedrooms: comforter, pillows, extra blankets in the closets, clothing hangers - Bathrooms: Starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels -Bedroom- All linen for beds, pillows, pack and play with mattress and sheets - Laundry: washer/dryer ITEMS TO BRING - Kitchen: pantry/food items, extra paper towels if extra needed - Bedrooms: - Bathrooms: personal toiletries - Laundry: laundry detergent - Other: firewood/lighter/fire-starters for fireplace, propane tank is attached to grill but if it runs out you can exchange it at the local store. TVs There is 2Tvs TRASH Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster in the parking lot. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes. OTHER Must be over 22 yrs old to book. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the house or within 10 feet of the house outdoors.
