There is ample free street parking, a large driveway that fits 2 cars, and you are also welcome to park 1 car in the garage. A garage code is provided with check-in instructions. Other things to note This home is in a residential area so we ask you to please be respectful of noise and our neighbors. We do not allow parties and this home is not 420 smoking-friendly inside or outside the property to be courteous to our neighbors & future guests. Failure to comply will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. There is a ring doorbell by the front door and exterior cameras around the property for safety/security. Please note this home is equipped with an evaporative cooling system (swamp cooler), not a traditional AC, for cooling - which is very common in Colorado :)
