Fernlea has been our holiday home for many years. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Llyn Peninsula. It’s wonderful for families, friends or couples. The beach and the Wales Coastal Path are a 5 minute walk from the house. It’s a peaceful location with local shops and places to eat and drink and a short walk to the famous Ty Coch pub. The space The house has a large sitting room, conservatory and a dining kitchen and a separate dining room. The dining table is suitable for working if you are a guest who has to work whilst away. There is a south-facing back garden/patio and front garden. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom is a large room over-looking the back garden. There is a modern bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs there is an additional toilet. Guest access Guests can access the whole house. Other things to note The main feature of the sitting room is a wood-burner, great for cosy evenings in front of the fire. Wood is available from the local shop , a 2 minute walk from the house. A guest pack is provided in the house and lots of information about local walks and places to visit on the Llyn Peninsula. The garden is suitable for children being fully enclosed.
