Settled right between Flagstaff and Williams, Starry Night Ranch will be a great place for family and friends to gather. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy quiet, peaceful nights under the stars- but close enough to town to satisfy your day-trip itch! Enjoy plenty of space to roam with this beautiful 4,000 sq ft cabin settled on 20 acres of land! The space Enjoy 4000 sq ft of beautiful cabin space for the whole family to gather without feeling cramped! Nestled on 20 acres of open land, there is plenty of space for outdoor activities! Enjoy an easily accessible private master bedroom suite located downstairs off the living room, and all other bedrooms located upstairs! Please note- the patio furniture is seasonal and will be put away in the winter to avoid damage. (Nov-April) There will be a toddler floor mattress as well as a portable crib available for your little ones. Rooms are equipped with room darkening shades for your comfort. We also boast being one of few properties in Northern Arizona offering central heating and AC! Feel free to the propane grill and the smoker located on the back porch. There is a propane tank at the property, however, we do not refill the tank. It is the responsibility of guest to provide their own propane. You may bring your own tanks to use, or you may use the tank provided and take it up to the local Texaco gas station for refilling. Enjoy a quiet evening in the spacious family room with vaulted ceilings and Mountain views- Or treat your family to a fun filled game night in our unique game room equipped with its own bar, pool table, shuffleboard, darts and more! Guest access In addition to the beautiful home, you will also have local guest support for any needs that may arise during your stay. Our property manager Ali will be your primary point of contact during your stay. Ali is also the owner of our professional cleaning company- Mountain Mama Cleaning Co to give you the most cohesive and simplified experience possible. Please reach out to her directly for any questions, concerns, feedback, or needs that you may have before, during, or after your stay! Other things to note You will have full private access to the home- including full kitchen, four bedrooms, kids playroom, loft, adult game room equipped with a bar area, beautiful porch and patio areas, outdoor gathering place and fire pit, as well as the attached two car garage and long well-maintained driveway. Perfect for parking your RV/trailer rigs with easy turn around! Please note that while we love furry friends, Starry Night Ranch is not at this time accepting pets. While we are confident that this rule will be honored- we must mention that if an unauthorized pet is found to have been brought to the property, there will be an additional fee assessed by our cleaning team, to restore the property to its prior hypoallergenic state. While we do have 20 acres for you to play on- we request that the noise be kept to a respectable level between the hours of 10 PM and 7AM for the sake of our lovely neighbors. For the outdoor fire pit, this may be utilized during “monsoon season” when fire danger is low. When in doubt, please contact our property manager(Ali) to ask about current fire conditions. Please note that we do get significant snow in the winter! We do have a snow plow driver set to care for the property with each storm- but please be aware that you are liable for your own vehicle. We recommend 4x4 vehicles during winter months. Snow shovels are provided!
