Unplug with island family fun on Lake Michigan

Beautiful wooded almost 2 acre lot on 100 feet of private Lake Michigan beach. Very quiet beach with sweeping views from both floors. Incredible bank of windows makes the most of the stunning sunset views with window seats spanning across the main level. Wonderful, screened porch and open balconies, as well as large private primary suite balcony, bringing the sounds and expansive view of beautiful Lake Michigan right to you. Crystal blue water and clear night skies have no rival! The space Fantastic four bedroom, 3 bathroom, and a bunkroom(no windows or closet in the bunkroom) connected to the attached garage. home right on Lake Michigan. Walk right out to the beach! The windows from each room bring the wooded lot and lake right in. Experience the sounds and incredible views of nature from everywhere in the house! See the Northern Lights, the incredible starry skies, the perfect Carribean blue of the lake. Great beach with firepit! You won't want to leave! Many homes on the island don't provide linens or trash removal, but we do! We try to provide a lot of extras to make sure our guests are comfortable. Fun bunk house for kids just added that we are in process of decorating. Great place to work remotely or just relax and unwind. We've got you covered. Guest access The whole house is yours! We are very responsive hosts, and always available by text or phone. Our cleaner will come in when you've gone to get trash and clean up. We provide a grill, firepit, skewers for hot dogs/marshmallows, open outdoor shower, four bikes, 4 kayaks, 4 Adirondack chairs on beach, all towels and bedding, stocked kitchen, bug repellant, laundry detergent, dish detergent, toilet paper, soap etc. TV for streaming, wifi works well....we have gotten a lot of compliments on it! Sand toys/kites for kids. Some water shoes, beach bag, beach towels. We leave island brochures in home for you to explore and can provide lots of suggestions. There are boat rentals, boat tours, several sunken treasures you can snorkel for off the coast. Golfing, 7 inland lakes...some great fishing! 2 lighthouses on island, quaint downtown, friendly islanders. Brewery, restaurants, a lot of natural trails to explore. Beaver Island is the largest in Lake Michigan, accessible by island plane or ferry. Mackinac Island short flight away! See why Beaver Island is called a hidden gem and the Emerald Isle of Lake Michigan. You won't find nature or clear skies and water like this on the mainland!! You won't want to leave! Other things to note Lake Michigan beaches change yearly. Ours has a lot of sandy spots, but also some rocks. A few feet into water is almost pure sand, but water shoes are a good idea. We provide some, but obviously can't promise we will have your size etc. We have no control over nature, and like all lakes, there can be biting flies on occasion etc. We do provide insect repellant. There are occasional times when the fire pit cannot be used due to high fire probabilities, based on dry weather conditions. We have only had one guest this applied to for one day of their stay, but it's out of our control. This happens all over Michigan and other lake homes to ensure safety of our guests and wildlife. We'll do everything we can to make your stay unforgettable! The island occasionally loses electricity for short increments of time. It's never affected one of our guests yet, but it's not an impossibility. It's usually for short duration when it does occur.
