25 Clearwater at Lower Mill Estate accommodates 8 guests (6 adults & 2 kids in bunk beds) plus infant sleeping in travel cot. Allocated parking and over flow car park available. Access to the on-site ArtSpa, a luxury spa with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools (outdoor shut in winter), outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna, fully equipped gym and treatment rooms for a range of bookable massages and spa beauty sessions. On-site restaurant. Log burner (logs not provided). The space 25 Clearwater sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 kids in bunk beds plus an infant sleeping in a travel cot. A travel cot is available as an optional extra at a supplement of £15.00, this is charged for separately. (A flat bottom sheet is provided, however, a quilt and pillow are NOT provided due to health & safety). Size 100 x 68cm. A high chair is available free of charge. Please advise if the travel cot and high chair are required? 1 dog allowed with prior permission at a supplement of £30.00. 1 allocated parking space and additional spaces available free of charge in the over flow car park. We DO NOT accept hen/stag parties. Lower Mill Estate is family orientated, however, discreet adult gathering are welcome.
