A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties. -Check In Instructions emailed 7 days prior to Check In and a reminder the day before your arrival. That email will include your Door Code. -You can go directly to the house. -Parking is Not permitted on any road or shoulder of any road. There is a $200 fine for illegally parked cars. Call Guest Services Option 3, if you have any questions or concerns while staying at the house. Lake Harmony -Linens and Towels Are Included. The house comes with Bath towels, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 bathmat per bathroom and a set of kitchen towels. The beds have pillows, linens and a light quilt. -Hot Tub is locked, for Safety. The Key is located inside the house, in a lock box on the wall, near the door leading out to the Hot Tub. Read Instructions. Enter Code on box. Key is inside. -The Gas Fireplace is Thermostat adjusted. -There is a Bear Box at the end of the driveway with trash cans inside. -Planning to fish during your stay?
