Just off the living room is the outdoor patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. As you move into the Master Bedroom on the main floor, you’ll find a large King Bed with a a large Smart TV. The master bath features a walk-in closet, 2-sink vanity, and a large walk in tile shower and also has private and direct access to the pool and hot tub area. The main floor also has an additional king bed master suite with private bathroom. The next 4 remaining bedrooms are all on the second floor. The second floor also features an additional living room with a queen pullout mattress and another large Smart TV. Just off from the upstairs living room is a large covered balcony with stunning views of the Southern Utah landscape. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a king bed and shares a full bathroom with the bunk room. Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with 2 sets of queen sized bunk beds.
