In the autumn, experience hiking, biking, apple picking, and fall foliage while enjoying views of picturesque landscapes. Inquire about our seasonal glamping cabin (one-time additional fee). The space The house has 3 bedrooms (two twin beds, one queen bed, and one king bed), and two full baths, and a glamping cabin (available May-October, please inquire). The house (Passive House) has central air and a state of art ventilation system, creating an allergen free environment. Guest access Guests have access to the full house. There is ample parking for visitors. There is also a glamping cabin located on the property. The glamping cabin has a dry flush toilet and a sink only. It has a small living room with a loft for sleeping. The loft contains a queen size mattress. There is AC in the cabin and a fan in the loft area. The cabin is not available during the cold weather. Children are not permitted to sleep in the cabin. The cabin is available by inquiry only. Guests are charged a one-time fee of $75 to cover the cost of cleaning. Guests also have access to a shared two-level dock on Copake Lake which is a short walk from the house. There are two kayaks and flotation devices that are for guests use only. Other things to note Our house has wheelchair accessibility through the rear entrance ramp. The downstairs bedroom is wheelchair accessible with a downstairs bedroom attached to a large bathroom.
