The space Welcome to your home away from home which has many things to offer: – there’s a comfy 2 + 1 bonus bedroom with 5 beds that offers a true retreat for travelers seeking comfort, style, and convenience! -This charming Cottage provides ample privacy as it backs up your a forest, making it the perfect escape. -Start your day on the sun deck with a cup of your favorite morning brew -And end your evenings around the fire-pit, making unforgettable memories with loved ones. -When it’s time to recharge, you’ll find the utmost comfort in our thoughtfully designed sleeping quarters. -The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, with a TV, dresser and 2 night stands. -While the swank bunk bed in the second bedroom includes a queen bed on the lower level and a full size bed in the loft. -The bonus room boasts a comfy XL futon, -The sofa converts into a comfortable xl double bed. *All beds are dressed in luxury plush linens, and each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. -Our pristine main bathroom offers a refreshing stand-up shower, -While the ensuite bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower combo, perfect for invigorating you for a day of fishing, lake adventures, boating fun or a day at the Casinos! -After a day of excitement, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the full-size washer and dryer available in the house. *Family fun continues in the bonus room, where you can enjoy an evening of ping-pong. In the entry way there is a table and stacked on the bottom shelf is many -board games -cards -crayons -coloring books -color pencils All to help pass the time in a rainy day! -The kitchen is a culinary delight, fitted with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. -We provide a coffee pot with both a ground side and a pod side, along with several pods, ground coffee, and a variety of creamers and sugars. To make your stay even more comfortable, we ensure you are stocked with essentials such as -2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, -2 rolls of paper towels, -2 pods of laundry soap, -and enough dishwasher soap for a couple of days. If you’re staying longer, you may want to bring additional supplies or plan a stop at the store. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with -salt, -pepper, -onion powder, -garlic powder, -and even a fish rub for the fish you’re going to catch! Marinas: -Lighthouse Marina is less than 1/4 mile away, -Preston Bend 10 minutes , -Tanglewood, 5 minutes -Little Mineral Marina 10 minutes away. So we’re in the middle of all the attractions including -Island view Park it’s about 3 minutes from our place and has amazing beaches and has all the water toys big and small for rent. *Additionally, there are many guided tours available in the area, perfect for those interested in fishing or enjoying a lovely dinner cruise. Our location is perfect, with just a short walk to the lake where you can relax, take in the beautiful views, or even fish. If you prefer to explore the areas, you'll find numerous -liquor stores, -grocery stores, - restaurants just a short drive away. Lake Texoma offers a plethora of activities, such as: -recommended fishing guides, dinner cruises, -hunting, -hiking trails. -Choctaw Casino -Golfing at Tanglewood The community is also golf cart-friendly, with trails specifically designed for them. You can easily rent a golf cart right down the road on 289. There is a path that takes you to different parts of the lake. *For those planning to fish, please remember to pick up a Lake Texoma fishing license. We've recently updated several features in our home, including -new TV in the master bedroom -an extra-long futon in the game room, making it a comfortable five-bed home for everyone. As I mentioned before, the kitchen is fully equipped with: -new pots and pans, but here is a more itemized list of what you'll find: -crock pot, -blender, -mixer, -strainers, -baking dishes, -storage containers, -ice tea -juice glasses, -wine glasses, -dining set, -silverware, -lots of utensils, -cookie sheets, -bread pans. You can whip up a yummy breakfast drink in the blender or enjoy a toasted bagel or toast in the toaster. There's a coffee pot and and electric hot water kettle to brew that perfect cup to drink out on the front porch. Each Bathroom has: -hair dryers -shampoo, -conditioner, -body soap -hand soap All in a dispensers. Complimentary items include: -paper towels, -toilet paper, -trash bags, -baggies, -coffee K-cups, -flavored creamers, -tea bags, -salt, -pepper, -onion powder, -garlic powder. If you feel you need more of these items, you can bring them from home or pick them up from a nearby grocery store. Please note that we are on a septic system, so only use septic-safe toilet paper and avoid throwing any non-flushable items down the toilet. Additionally, check for fire bans before starting a fire in the firepit. We do allow up to two dogs, but they must have a crate so they can be crated when left behind. The property is on a routine pest maintenance schedule, so you may occasionally see a little pest that managed to squeeze in, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
