Guest access Guests have full access to the condo, parking space, and common areas. Other things to note *** Please note that this property is for sale and on rare occasion we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min. Please note that the last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved. Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed. While children are welcome, please note that infants under 2 years old cannot be accommodated due to insurance regulations. Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay. An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost. One weekly housekeeping visit is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them. You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Please note that luggage drop-off is not allowed in this building.
