This amazing canal front vacation home has beautiful water views, a private pool situated on a saltwater canal with direct access to Tampa Bay. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping 10 comfortably. This vacation home is perfectly designed for relaxing and entertaining with an open concept floorplan and great outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or head down to the private dock for a day on the water watching dolphins, manatees, stingrays or fishing or in your backyard oasis. Take out the complimentary kayaks into the canal and on out into the Bay! If you are bringing a boat, you’re welcome to tie it up to the private dock on the saltwater canal. There is nearby launching facilities within 2 miles of the house. The house comfortably accommodates your group of family and friends. There are large flat-screen smart TVs located in the living room, covered outdoor patio, game room and each of the two King bedrooms. You’ll want to make the most of the Florida sunshine with days of playing and relaxing in the pool. The covered patio offers additional outdoor space that is sure to be a highlight of your trip with a dining table for 8, comfy seating area with a flat screen outdoor tv alongside an outdoor gazebo, complete with a ceiling fan, granite bar top and built-in charcoal grill. The recreation doesn’t stop there, located off the great room, street side, is a game room with ping pong table, pub table and beverage refrigerator. The kitchen, dining and living room are open to one another with sliding glass doors looking out over the pool area and canal. The comfortable couches facing the smart tv are the perfect place to unwind indoors, while the fully equipped kitchen is a great place to share a quick snack or to whip up a delicious meal at home with ample counter space and upgraded appliances. The master bedroom has sliding doors that lead to the tropical outdoor pool area, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, water closet and walk in closet. The three spacious secondary bedrooms share an updated guest bath with a walk-in shower. Our space is designed to give you the most relaxing vacation possible as you explore Florida. We provide everything you could need to get started, and we are conveniently located between some of the area’s best places to visit. Tampa, St. Petersburg Beach, Fort Desota, Anna Marie Island, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa and Busch Family Amusement Park are all a quick 45 - 60 minutes away and only 75 min from Disney and other theme parks in Orlando. Downtown Tampa is a quick 35 minutes away where you might catch a concert, watch one of the professional sporting teams (Buccaneers, Lightening or Rays and Spring training for the Yankees) or visit the popular market at Armature Bks with tons of food vendors, drink options, and outdoor space to enjoy. Want to stay a little closer to home, run down to the Apollo Beach area where there is a small sandy dog friendly beach area along the bay with an observation tower to get a great sunset view of the Bay. Small bay beach area within 2 miles of the house. Orlando Theme parks under 90 minutes away. Parking for 4 vehicles in the private drive. The vacation home: Saltwater canal front home with tropical coconut palms and flowering plants. Private Pool (heated by request for an additional fee) This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms. o Bedrooms #1 has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and slider door to the covered patio. o Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and tv with views of the pool and canal. o Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds and views of the canal. o Bedroom #4 is a private queen bedroom with views of the side lawn and towering palms. The home has 2 updated bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, with a portable toddler bath available for those little ones that like to play and splash in their bath. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. You will likely need to buy/bring more for your stay. A Pack & Play is available for your little one – you will need to bring your own sheets Fully equipped Kitchen with double ovens, microwave, professional refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and icemaker.
