Boho House is a recently renovated charming villa in a boho style with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Delos in the background. Boho House consists of a main house with a living room, with two sofa beds where they can accommodate two people, two-story kitchen, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The third bedroom with a bed and private bathroom, has a private entrance and is a private self-contained studio at the rear of the house with northern views. The Villa is located in Plintri ,one of the most exclusive parts of Mykonos between Paradise and Super Paradise beaches, in a quiet area named Pirgi, just 1 km (10 minutes walk) from the Super Paradise beach and Jackie O’s beach bar and 4 km far from Mykonos town. For this reason you will have the opportunity to enjoy the peace you need to relax during your vacations while staying near the best beaches and Mykonos lively center with its clubs. This charming property offers all kind of comforts: air conditioning in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV, living areas, outdoor and indoor dining spaces (with BBQ oven as well), a private sunbathing area with private pool equipped with sun beds and it can accommodate up to 7 guests. Boho House is composed by a main house with living room area, with two sofa beds where can be accommodated two guests, split level kitchen, two bedrooms and shared bathroom. In detail the first bedroom is with double bed and veranda and the second is with two joinable single beds and access to veranda. Both bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower. The third bedroom with one bed and en-suite bathroom, has a separate entrance and is a self-contained ensuite studio at the back of the house with northerly views. Other things to note Minimum stay 3 nights. Arrival day is flexible. Pets are accepted in this house. Parties or events are not allowed. The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m. A 50%deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
