There is a large deck for outdoor dining, walkout basement with a view of the lake and a firepit for spending time with your family and friends under the stars. Other things to note Summer seasonal activities (dock, kayak, canoe etc) : The dock is generally ready for the May 24 long weekend. Kayak, canoe and paddle boats are available from May to October. There is a fire ban in the Kawartha region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials. GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY. NO LOUD MUSIC IS PERMITTED AFTER 10PM AS IT CAN BE A DISTURBANCE TO THE NEIGHBOURHOOD.
