The easy walk from our door to the beach is approximately 5 minutes. There are sidewalks and ramp walkways. There are NO stairs. The walk from the parking lot to the front door is 50 feet. Host is available anytime through Airbnb communications. Has excellent reviews on communication. Several restaurants across the street or in walking distance from Property. Two (2) Grocery Stores within 1/2 mile. Driving to historic downtown or any special restaurant is fine. However, we found Uber is the best means of transportation in the evening. They will drop you right at the door of your favorite spot and then you can Uber for a pick up when you are ready to return to the beach. Uber drivers are very familiar with the properties along the beach. It is reasonable $ and so much more convenient. The Historic Downtown area can get very busy and it's difficult and sometimes expensive to park.
