The kitchen is open to the living room area with a non-operating fireplace, the living room area opens up to a front balcony, and a larger back deck with outdoor furniture on both decks. The third level is the loft with a king bed, a couch, desk & TV, and is open to the living room below. Parking- Please park directly in front of our unit, and pull up to the curb. ONE vehicle per reservation is permitted in the lot. There is ASSIGNED parking for each unit.
