Location is unmatched in this 4 bedroom 2 bath house on deep year around water. Only 10 minutes off exit 305/I65 Directly across from Smith Lake Park. The property is one hour from Birmingham and two hours from Nashville. You are also only 25 minutes from The Barn wedding venue on Smith Lake. Cullman has everything you need if you want to go into town and eat at local restaurants or get a Starbucks coffee. Not to mention this is the best place to view fireworks on the 4th! The space Enjoy a large swim pier with a covered single slip to keep your personal boat in. Incredible views and just a few steps to the water. Large deck to hang out on while grilling and chilling. Brothers on Smith Lake is minutes away and has a bar. The Park has a large free boat launch also. DG is 5 minutes away and WM is 15. Whitlocks and Trimble Super Saver have firewood for sale for the fire pit. Visit Goat Island Brewery in Cullman during your stay also. The house has 3 bedrooms on the main level and a 4th bedroom, with two full beds, up the spiral staircase. The home has 3 wireless TVs and plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy.
