It features great views of the outdoor screened-in patio and pool through 3 sets of French doors. This open living space includes the living room with a reclining leather couch, reclining loveseat, 2 individual recliners as well as a 65" smart TV. This area also includes the dining area with 2 round dining tables that can seat 10 or so people and the bar area with 4 stools. There is also a large sofa which has a queen pull-out for additional guests. The chef in your group can whip up home-cooked meals in this fully equipped open kitchen with all of the necessary amenities including a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, stove/oven, refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster oven, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, microwave, blender, wine opener, dishes cups, silverware, salt, pepper, garlic, and more. The primary bedroom features a split-king Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed, a dresser and double closets with plenty of storage. There are also 2 rocking recliners to relax and read or nap. This bedroom also has direct access through French doors to the outdoor patio and pool. The ensuite features 2 vanities, a spacious shower, soaking tub, and a toilet closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a king adjustable bed as well as a spacious closet, luggage rack and a night stand to store your things. The 3rd bedroom features two bunk beds. One bunk bed has a full bed on bottom and a twin on top. the other set of bunk beds are both twin. This room also has a crib and French doors for privacy. The 2nd bathroom is a tub/shower combo off the main living space and has direct access to the pool/patio area. Fiber internet - 1000/1000 mbps (1gig). The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. Enjoy the private patio/pool area without worrying about mosquitos in this fully enclosed screened area. There is a Ring Doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces. - Photo ID may be required prior to check-in. - Animals are not allowed as family members are seriously allergic to dogs and cats. - Rental Rules and Policies will be forwarded to the guest once the booking is confirmed.
