Family Friendly close to I-5

Welcome to our Dakota Way house! You will be close to Bethel with easy access to the I-5. This house is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room and WiFi. You will be coming to a welcoming neighborhood with friendly people. We have parking spots in front of the garage or street parking if you have more than 2 cars. There is a lovely flat walking track down the bottom of our road with gravel. The track is stroller friendly and perfect to bike or walk. The space The house is very comfortable and clean with plenty of space to relax. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking and a relaxing night in. The living room has a smart TV with lots of comfortable seating and way better then a hotel room. You’ll find a few books and basic toys in the hallway closet if you have children traveling with you. Unfortunately we can’t allow pets in our air bnb due to keeping a hypoallergenic status on our house. Guest access You have access to the house and the front and back yard - the back yard is fenced in. The back patio is covered with a charcoal grill and limited outdoor seating. Guests are responsible for their own charcoal etc. There is a washer and dryer available to use if need be. We have a renter in the unit down the back but he will use the driveway next to the main house. If you need to access the garbage cans then you’re welcome to use the side gate for access. Please do not park on the black asphalt part of the driveway to allow driveway access for the back tenant. Other things to note There is a renter who rents the back unit down the back of the property. Please park only on the concrete driveway in front of the garage - keep off the black asphalt so that he can access the driveway. Thank you!
