This light and comfortable room is in a spacious home in the newest part of Woodland, close to a long walk/jog/cycling path. Stable, respectful, independent yet friendly professionals live here. We are health-careful, clean and looking for the same.. The bedroom is private, no shared walls. The kitchen is stocked w/essentials, There's a great back yard & bike storage in the garage. In order to keep it the beautiful, clean, and ready-to-work space that we all need, there are no shoes in the house and all residents are expected to clean up after themselves always. * Bedrooms are to be kept in clean condition, respectful of the property and surfaces and of the residents/future residents. * Each guest has designated spaces within the kitchen and bathroom. * Appliances/countertops/etc and all common spaces must be clean, clear of guests belongings, and ready to for the next user. * We keep our home close to PG&E recommended settings and open windows when the evenings allow * No smoking/vaping/burning of candles oils, etc on the property. * Eating in the bedrooms is discouraged, and there is no storing food in the bedrooms. * Short term (less than 6 months) residents are to have no guests in the house. (rare pre-arranged & registered exceptions) Guest access Front door entry has electronic code locks. Each resident has a personal code; bedrooms have physical keys During your stay I am a phone call/text away. Other things to note Photo ID matching reservation required prior to check-in. No shoes/dirty feet/dirty socks in house Please expect to clean up after yourself in common areas, always. No guests No pets/guest animals. No smoking/vaping/incense/candies/burning or aerating of oils or fragrance Parking at side of the house Cleanliness and tranquility are focuses here. We are a shoe free home. Feel free to wear socks or slippers that have not met the outdoors. You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances and cookware, just fully clean up after yourself. Single occupancy only, no unregistered persons in the property. No animals, smoking, vaping, burning. Please clean up after yourself, always. This room has a shared bathroom; however it is left clean with every use. Each resident has a private sink, storage underneath, and towel rack. It is important that you consider before booking that you must also always leave the bathroom clean and clutter free for the next user. All Guests must provide a government-issued ID within 24 hrs of booking
