One adult 25 or older is required per stay for every 3 minors. No parties or underage drinking is allowed. No unsupervised minors under 18 are allowed on the rooftop or in the hot tub without an adult. A waiver must be signed prior to using the hot tub. No sitting or standing on the hot tub cover. Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent. In the event any bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear are present at the property, they are complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.
