Baccer Barn at Broadslab

This brick barn was built in the 1930's and was used as a tobacco barn to cure tobacco. This rustic gem is only 512 sq. ft. and has 1 king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. It is nestled in the pines, off the road, and located on the property near Broadslab Distillery and The Barn at Broadslab event center. Baccer Barn is conveniently located near the intersection I-40 and I-95. The space The downstairs of this apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom (with full size shower). The living room has a couch, a recliner, and a ROKU tv. The kitchenette has a microwave, a small refrigerator, a small air fryer/oven combo, an electric single burner (with pots), and a coffee pot. If you get creative, you can cook a meal in this kitchenette! The upstairs of this apartment is the bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and a 65" ROKU tv to enjoy. The barn has a covered wrap-around porch that has ceiling fans, adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a swing to enjoy nature's beauty that surrounds. Parking for the rental is right beside the space. Other things to note This property is located behind the Broadslab Distillery bar and retail area (within walking distance) that is open to the public 7 days a week (excluding certain holidays/weekends). There is an small event space located beside this one bedroom apartment and there may be a small event in progress during some of your stay. However, this event space should not impact your stay.
