Welcome to our beautiful 1BR apartment in an incredible part of Belfast. Queens Uni is just 9 minutes walk and City Hall just 15 minutes walk in the other direction. On your doorstep (Botanic, Dublin Road, Lisburn Road) you have among the best food and drink options in the city. Although located close to bustling streets we are tucked away so you will not have any issues with noise. The apartment has been completely reimagined and is offered with all mod cons one could need for a great stay. The space The Area Our apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk. The Space The apartment has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped corner kitchen and enjoy at the dining table, take a long hot shower in the bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft king bed. Convenience For your convenience, entry is via lockbox so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), free parking is available on location and there is a washing machine that is free to use in case you are in the middle of a longer trip and need to do a quick clothes wash.
