The space This is a single family, two level home that sits up on a small hill looking out to downtown Rochester, MN. It has a two car garage that visitors have access to. There is also additional parking in the driveway and on the street. You enter the home on the main level that includes the kitchen dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large playroom that walks out to the downstairs patio. The most notable space in the house is the large kitchen and dining area that shares one side of the double sided fireplace and walks out to the 2nd level patio. This space includes an 8 person dining room table with more seating at the kitchen island. The 2nd level patio is access from the dining area. This large wrap around patio looks out to downtown Rochester, MN. In the summer the foliage blocks most of the view but it also gives it a great sense of privacy, you really don't feel like you are in the city. The mornings and evening can be absolutely amazing on this patio. The downstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the large playroom. The playroom is a large space that has a ping pong table and a variety of toys and games for younger kids. Master Bedroom - Includes a king bed, desk, and TV. The master bathroom has a bathtub and a separate walk in shower. Guest Bedroom 1 - Includes a queen sized bed and desk. Guest Bedroom 2 - Includes a queen sized bed and is located on the downstairs floor. Guest Bedroom 3 - Includes a queen sized bed and is located on the downstairs floor. Guest Bedroom 4 - Includes two twin sized beds and is located on the downstairs floor. The kitchen is includes two ovens, a microwave, electric stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need for cooking including: -non-stick pans -toaster -roasting pan -coffee maker (with coffee) -hot water kettle - a variety of tea - baking sheets -crock pot Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including the 2 car garage, kitchen / dining area, living room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, downstairs playroom, 2nd level deck, downstairs patio, and backyard. Other things to note Winter Rentals We do have a company that will clear, salt, and sand the driveway first thing in the morning. The driveway can be a challenge in the early morning if there has been any snowfall or precipitation. **Important** If you need to leave the house before 8:00am please let us know. We will do our best to have the company clear the driveway before you need to leave. There is sand and salt in the garage. Sand is in the orange bucket, salt is in the green bucket. Please use it as needed. If there has been a significant amount of snow during the day and you need the driveway cleared then please let us know so we will contact the snow removal company. As a last resort there is also a snow blower and shovels you are welcome to use.
