And we have an extra refrigerator in the garage for storage • Open dining room with plenty of seating • Large open family room area, Loft area, downstairs man-cave/play area and a desk area should you need to get some work done. • Laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron & ironing board You’ll also have exclusive use of the large pool and backyard including a patio with dining table, propane gas BBQ grill, and plenty of seating. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the entire property including private backyard and patio. Other things to note You will find your perfect inspiration: sun, sand, surf, nature walks, a wide variety of water sports, great restaurants/pubs/shops, and sunset strolls on the beach... This is the perfect place to clear your mind, relax and enjoy the Florida weather. **This home is in a residential neighborhood, therefore we cannot disrupt the neighbors or the neighborhood at any time.
