Tucked away in Wiltshire woodland, this high-spec retreat is built for switching off. Aircon in the summer, woodburner in the winter. Cosy up with a bottle of wine and let the world wait. Salisbury Cathedral, the New Forest, and Stonehenge are within easy reach, but many guests barely leave. Sleep in a memory foam kingsize bed with organic cotton sheets and blackout blinds. Ensuite shower room with heated floor and bathrobes. It's the kind of place that makes a weekend feel longer than it is. The space The viewing panel windows in both the sitting room and bedroom look onto a pretty garden. There's a large corner sofa, a dining table, and a kitchenette well equipped with an induction hob, microwave/grill, fridge and dishwasher. No conventional oven, but everything you need for relaxed self-catering. The apartment is ideal for two adults, with space for one child up to age 12 if needed: a fold-up mattress or travel cot is available on request. We can't accommodate three adults. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times outside. We have dogs, cats, chickens and children on the property. There's a bench by the flower beds to the left of the steps where you're welcome to sit in the sun, and the gardens and woods are generally private: just ask if you'd like to explore. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and it is extremely private. The bedroom has blackout blinds so you will be able to lie-in if you wish. There is no blind on the viewing panel in the main room but you are not overlooked. There is a bench outside to the left of the apartment, by the flower garden which guests are welcome to use. Other things to note We have dogs, cats, and chickens on the property, so please be aware of this. All bed linen and towels are washed at home, so if you suffer from extreme pet allergies this may not be the place for you.
