Semi-private backyard with 4 comfortable lounge chairs plus a patio set with umbrella and 4 cushioned chairs. 37 feet of dock space on a step-down dock, water/electric, fish table, bait freezer and outdoor lighting. The location is in desirable Key Colony Beach and ta reservation includes free membership to the CABANA CLUB, a private pool club with an ocean-front beach and much more! Other things to note NOTE: There may be common cleaning supplies or other products such as bleach or ant traps in sink cabinets or other places in the home and there are no child safety locks on cabinets. Trash must be put in sealed bags in outside bins. NO loose trash. Recycle only #1 to 7 and put in blue recycle bin. No Plastic bags or chum boxes are allowed in recycle bin Trash & Recycle bins CANNOT go to the street before 12noon on the days prior to Pickup and MUST be brought back to the house the same day as pickup $50 fine for violations from the town.
