It features a spacious open concept great room with vaulted ceilings, a remote controlled fire place, full eat in kitchen, double master suites, huge patio over looking the River, covered parking and more!! In walking distance you’ll find great restaurants, Martin Park which has a public boat launch and miles of walking path along the River. It’s a 10 minute drive to Sports Core and Hard Rock Casino. The space For families and friends, the space sleeps up to 11 guests with queen beds in the the (2) Master Suites, (2) queen sleeper sofas, (2) roll away beds and a super comfy chase lounger. There is also plenty of space for sleeping bags and futons (not Provided) throughout the great room. For traveling executives it offers super fast WiFi, an inspiring work space and plenty of room for work groups, presentations and entertaining. It's a beautiful wide open concept space for small weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, family gatherings and more. The outdoor venue easily accommodates 50+ and includes full use of the bnb, an expansive private outdoor space and commercial bathrooms. Use of the outdoor venue can be booked with your Host. It's an amazing space perfect for weddings, family reunions, corporate events and pop-ups that offers all the amenities of our beautiful bnb and the security and convenience of an onsite outdoor venue. Guest access BnB guests will have full access to the home and property with the exception of the commercial bathrooms. Guests who book a special event will have full use of the BnB, the outdoor venue space and commercial bathrooms. Other things to note We have 2 roll-a-way beds, 2 queen sleeper sofas, a super comft chase lounger and a bassinet for infants. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and so much more! We also provide a stocked coffee/ tea bar, juice, sparkling water, fresh fruit, various breakfast items and snacks.
