Garden. Panoramic view of Leoganger Steinberge. The space The nature Loft FichtenWald is built in wood construction with a beautiful shingle facade and lots of wood in all variations. Modern yet alpine style with regional materials. In the house there are only two lofts, next door is the Loft ZirbenWald, if available you can also rent both lofts for a group of 14 people, with the nature apartment EschenWald you can also have all three apartments for max. Rent 20 people. Enjoy the private atmosphere, have breakfast whenever you want and don't feel bound to anything on holiday. Parking is available just next to the lofts, of course free of charge. The natural spruce wood ceiling and a cozy corner sofa made of natural lines invite you to chill and enjoy the view through the panoramic window onto the Leoganger stone mountains. Private sun terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the gentle grass mountains to the south and outdoor garden area with sun loungers. All offers of the Saalfelden Leogang Card are included in the vomLandl price! Lockable bike room in the basement with ventilated shoe and clothes dryer. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used free of charge. WiFi: WiFi 6 standard; high transmissions on 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands; seamless transitions (no interruptions when changing floors); intelligent channel adjustment to avoid interference; high security with WPA3 encryption Winter in vomLandl: Location directly on the winter hiking trail and cross-country ski trail and ideal starting point for extensive winter hikes. The view of the Leogang Stein Mountains is unique, a view of the Asitz ski area motivates you to ski in the morning. You can even start a ski tour to the Asitz with appropriate knowledge and conditions on your doorstep. Back you come casually via the winter ski route directly into the garden. You can leave the car alone, take the free ski bus, which takes you comfortably to the Steinbergbahn or the Asitz, do not stress with the parking search. Bus-out & Ski-in :). Guest access You live in a small wooden house with only 2 lofts. You can use the loft/apartment FichtenWald just to yourself, also the garden area in front of the apartment and a private wooden sun terrace is at your disposal. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. In the basement there is a heated and lockable ski/bike room for you where you can let your valuable skis, boards and sports equipment dry for the next day. There is also a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used if necessary. Other things to note WLAN: WIFI 6 standard - high transmission on 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands. Seamless transitions (no interruptions when changing floors). Intelligent channel adjustment to avoid interference. High security with WPA3 encryption. For infants, a cot/baby cot, a high chair and a toddler bathtub are available on request for an additional fee. For your valuable sports equipment (skis, boards, sportswear, bikes, ...) you have a lockable and heated ski/bike cellar at your disposal. Free parking is available at vomLandl.
