The space This stunning apartment is located in East Nashville and boasts a fantastic location. It is just 1.1 miles from 5 Points and 3 miles from downtown, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Tucked away at the back of our property, this private apartment is situated above a detached garage and comes with its own parking spot and entrance, just steps from the front door. Inside, guests will find a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a pull-out couch that is equally as cozy. The apartment features high ceilings and lots of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with butcher block counters, and guests can enjoy access to complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, and snacks. Entertainment options include a Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, and a selection of books and games. Guests have complete access to the full apartment, which can be easily accessed from the alley next to the guest parking pad. We are always available to provide assistance, but also respect your privacy. East Nashville is a great location for couples, families, and sightseers, offering a safe, walkable environment with many amazing restaurants, trendy cafes, and shopping options. While we recommend using Lyft or Uber for transportation, there is also a bus stop just a block away, and bikes can be rented in 5 Points.
