Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The accommodation stretches over 2 floors with an unobstructed view of the Brunnenaue park. The quiet garden with a sunny, sheltered seating area invites you to relax. The house is spacious with its 120 square meters of living space and suitable for up to 8 guests. The space Features: Three separate bedrooms, a large living area with adjoining separate dining room, fitted kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet, utility room with washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, garden with beach chair and lounge furniture, barbecue area, free parking spaces in front of the house and a lockable garage for bicycles. Ground floor: Large hallway, kitchen with adjoining dining area for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, modern ceramic hob. Plenty of storage space is available. The adjacent bright and light-filled living area with the large windows offers plenty of space, comfortable seating and a 55-inch smart TV. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Top floor: On this floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed (180×200 cm) and a bunk bed (2x90x200 cm). Another master bedroom (double bed 180×200 cm) overlooking the garden towards the "Brunnenaue" park. Another bedroom for another 2 guests (double bed 180 × 200 cm). Also on this floor you have a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, two sinks and hairdryer. All living rooms and bedrooms have windows with privacy and insect protection. Utility room and bicycle storage room in the basement: There you can use a washing machine, dryer and freezer. In the garage, you can park bicycles or store or dry your fishing accessories/fishing gear. Family-friendly: The house is child-friendly equipped with children's dishes, children's cutlery, a play corner for the younger ones and board games for the older children. In the garden there are exercise toys for different age groups. Cots and high chairs are provided upon prior request. The property is fenced. Pets: Guests with pets are welcome. However, the garden will be shared with the guests of the other half of the house, so we ask for consideration. If the other side is not occupied at the moment, you even have the whole garden for yourself. Guest access Guests of the Fiete 2 vacation home have access to a bicycle garage, laundry room and the garden belonging to the vacation home. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included, but can be booked as an extra (€25 per person).
