Our cozy home, set in a quiet neighborhood with safe streets for walking/running, is just a 15-minute drive from Louisville. With a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room, this three-bedroom home is great for families or couples to stay comfortably! The full house is available for guest use, except for a few locked closets. Enjoy the new four-seasons room and deck!! House rules: —No more than three vehicles —No parking on street! —Quiet hours: 10 pm-8 am —No parties/ extra guests The space Our home is set on a small neighborhood lot with a fully-fenced-in, private backyard. Guests can enjoy the sunset from our new deck or four-seasons room! Our gorgeous deck holds a gas grill, gas fireplace, table and chairs, and comfortable outdoor seating. The four-seasons room has a couch and two lounge chairs, a window air conditioner, a fan, and a space heater, so it can be comfortable in any weather! Our spacious living room provides seating for seven with a couch, loveseat, recliner, and soft chair. The full kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer with ice machine, an electric range with double oven, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, an electric hot-water pot for tea, a toaster, knives and silverware, pots and pans, dishes and glasses. The dining room table is complete with six chairs. Our master bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, a recliner (with heat and massage options), TV with Roku, electric fireplace, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with NEW pillow-top mattress, dresser, TV with DVD player, drawers full of DVDs for guest use, and a closet. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, a dresser with bookshelves, children's books and board games, a child rocking chair, and a closet. The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub and includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use. Guest access Our entire home is available for guest use, save a few closets that are locked for storing supplies. Guests have access to the spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, all three bedrooms, master bathroom, main bathroom, four-seasons room, beautiful new deck, and fenced-in backyard. With easy keycode entry on the front door, guests can feel safe and secure staying in our home. Other things to note Park in the driveway only. Do not park in the street! No trailers allowed. Only three vehicles allowed. Only registered guests allowed on the property.
