Apartment on two levels with garden in the heart of San Teodoro, a few minutes from the beach La Cinta. The space The apartment welcomes guests with a large garden featuring a barbecue and a covered relaxation area. The entrance opens onto a sitting room with a sofa, some armchairs and a table with a bench. A short corridor leads to the kitchen with a dining table, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a kettle. This room has access to a covered terrace at the back with a large dining table, where guests can enjoy outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, one on the ground floor featuring a queen-size bed and a closet, and three on the lower floor, two of them with a queen-size bed and a dresser each, one with a bunk bed, a single bed and a closet. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as wi-fi connection, washing machine and iron.
