The space Apartment with a natural aquatic design, which seeks to create the optimal feeling of disconnection and relaxation in our guests. It has a super nice bathroom, with a shower in which you are the artist. You have a super comfortable double bed where all your dreams will be possible. And the kitchen, small but well equipped with everything you need to cook those memories that will last forever. IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE IN THE APARTMENT. An external laundry service is offered for a fee. It must be arranged 24 hours in advance. This apartment has 16 square meters, perfect for your comfort during your visit. Please note that the accommodation is at street level, so some noise may be heard due to the usual street movement. The windows have good insulation, although, being a busy area, some sound may enter. Also, the walls between rooms are somewhat thin, so you can hear some occasional noise from other rooms. Guest access The apartment is inside a walk-through gallery, which has a small room where you can sit and wait for the taxi when you leave or for your partner while you finish getting ready for that special date. Other things to note Additional documentation (ID or passport) will be requested to manage the proper registration of guests in the National Police's National Guest System. The apartment is located in the APR or Almendra Central area of Madrid, so if you come by car, not all roads are passable (pedestrian priority), it is forbidden to park on the street if you are not a resident, and to avoid fines you must use a Public Parking.
