Relax and put your feet up, unwind at our retreat in the serenity of the Catlins. Our historic villa is in the heart of Owaka, cafes and shops are 2 minutes walk away and it's only a short drive to beaches, bush walks, waterfalls and the many attractions the Catlins has to offer. Each spacious villa guest room has a queen and single bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a fridge, table and chairs and tea and coffee. A delicious continental breakfast is available as an optional extra. The space This historic building was built by the community to attract a doctor to the area about 100 years ago. The result is a beautiful character villa in central Owaka, walking distance to all the shops and amenities. Guests will stay in the 2 grandest rooms at the front of the house which can be seen in the photo. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the 2 front rooms, via the front door and hallway. There is plenty of free parking on the street just outside. Each room has it's own ensuite and set of facilities. Other things to note Price is for 2. Extra person $20 per night. Continental breakfast is not included, but it can be ordered with an extra cost. Please order by 5pm on the day of arrival.
