Second floor has another short term rental. They are completely separate units. 4 bedrooms on the first floor. There is also a spiral stair case in the living room that gets you down to the basement bedroom. Shared backyard with back porch and gas grill. Walking distance to Blue Line or the Green Line. The first floor has 4 small bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is tiny with only a twin bed and small nightstand. Off the dining room are the 2 main bedrooms. One has a queen bed, a nightstand, and a closet. The other bedroom has only a full-size bed and a nightstand. The living room has the other 2 bedroom doors. The Towels are on the beds. The kitchen, dining room, and one bathroom are also on the first floor. The living room has a spiral staircase that goes downstairs. Here, you will find a second living room/study. The bedroom has a smart TV and a queen bed. Also, a full bathroom and a laundry room are downstairs. Guest access Quiet time on back porch after 10 pm. Back porch and a gas grill are yours to enjoy. There is also a large backyard that is shared with the second floor short term rental. Please be respectful of the neighbors when outside. Other things to note 1 parking space is included with the apartment. If you are driving the parking spot is located right in front and is well lit. All other vehicles will need to be parked on the street. Taxi or Uber from the airport is around $60. There is a car rental company is located 2 blocks away from this house.
