Welcome to my modern completely remodeled 1900 square foot house! The place has a very open floor plan and is very spacious to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Beautiful pool with a big sectional outdoor couch. BBQ propane grill underneath a covered patio to relax at. Just 17 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Strip/Downtown High speed internet and a basic cable subscription. There is a huge TV in the Living room and 1 TVs in the master bedroom. There is a security camera at the front door for your safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas. Cold weather time period: To heat the jacuzzi is 50$ per day. If you would like to heat the pool it will cost $125$ per day but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it. There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in the pool. Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 9PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund.I have also officially been short term rental certified by finishing a short term rental course. Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. If the house rules are broken and an eviction must be done you will be charged a $250 fee for the payment of the security company to evict you. Guest access Keyless entry with a keypad.
