Before you arrive, we need to ensure that our previous guests have checked out, that our cleaning crew has serviced the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your stay. Due to these preparations, we don't allow early check-ins. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏 ⏰ CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please ensure you follow this rule so we can prepare the property for our next guest. A $500 fine will be charged for any violations. No Parties 🥳: This is a residential neighborhood, and parties are not allowed. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, notification to authorities, and possible additional penalties. Excessive Noise 🔊: Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted. Violating this rule may result in fines or the termination of your stay. Toilet Use 🚽: Please avoid disposing of paper or other items in the toilet. Any plumbing issues caused will be at the guest's expense. Pets 🐾: We allow one dog (under 25 lbs) with a $100 fee. Pets must not be on beds or sofas, and guests must clean up after them. We provide basic supplies, including a pad, water bowl, and small bed you must request it in advance since we do not have it on the property. Trash 🗑️: All trash must be bagged and disposed of in the designated bins. Guest Limit 🧑‍🤝‍🧑: Only the 12 registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional guests will incur a $40/day charge and could lead to cancellation of your reservation. Loss or Damage 💔: Report any damage or loss immediately. Failure to do so may affect your security deposit. Drugs and Illegal Substances 🚫: We have a zero-tolerance policy for the use or distribution of illicit drugs. Reservation Terms and Guest Commitment By completing and paying for your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the rules and conditions outlined in this document. You understand that any violation of these rules, including but not limited to the no smoking policy, no parties, excessive noise, improper use of facilities, and any other infraction, will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Additionally, failure to comply with these terms may lead to legal action and additional charges for any damages or losses incurred.
