A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and natural light completes the space. Lower floor: Downstairs you’ll find a cozy queen-size bed, a lounge area with smart TV, and a separate guest bathroom – perfect for movie nights or a private retreat. The signal box is located directly by the tracks – fully fenced with secure access and a garden. Its unique location offers both urban energy and calm, ideal for day trips to Basel, Freiburg or the Black Forest. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, a reserved parking space, washing machine, and dryer are available free of charge. Note: This historic building is part of the old railway network, so it is near the tracks.
