You’ll also find many soothing hot springs nearby — perfect for unwinding after a day in the snow. The Niseko ski area is world-renowned for its heavy snowfall. Unlike many other accommodations, our property features daily snow removal by large snowplows, ensuring that guests can safely and comfortably use their cars even on snowy days. The flat and spacious parking area makes it easy to load and unload ski gear or large luggage — a rare convenience in this area. Inside, all heating, cooling, and water facilities (bathroom, toilet, and kitchen) are kept in excellent condition, ensuring a cool summer and warm winter stay. Even during Hokkaido’s harsh winters, your comfort is guaranteed. For entertainment, we offer a large screen with a projector and a Fire TV Stick 4K Max — perfect for watching YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video with your family or group. The nano-bubble showerhead provides soft, moisturizing care for your skin and hair, while the Yogibo sofa offers ultimate relaxation. You can also enjoy freshly brewed coffee from our bean-to-cup coffee machine, with complimentary welcome coffee to make you feel right at home. Should any issues arise, our nearby staff are ready to respond promptly. Guest access The entire house is available for private use, It is your home during your stay! Please use everything in the house with parking for 2-3 cars. In summer, park in the space next to the house; in winter, park in the space in front of the house. Located just a few minutes drive from the ski resort. The nearest bus stop from Chitose Airport and Sapporo Station is a 5-minute drive from the Niseko Northern Resort Annupuri. Or by JR, the nearest station is Kombu Station. ----- 【Towel】 Face towels are available, but please bring your own bath towels. If you need one, please let me know and will lend you one for 300 yen. ----- 【Bedding set】 We set up the bedding for the number of people in your reservation, so please be sure to use one set per person. If you use more than the number of bedding sets, you may be charged an additional fee. ----- 【BBQ Terrace】 Unauthorized use is prohibited. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use the BBQ terrace. ----- 【Time to ski area by car】 It takes about 7 minutes to Niseko Moiwa ski resort, about 8 minutes to Annupuri ski resort, about 15 minutes to Niseko Higashiyama ski resort, about 20 minutes to Niseko Hirafu ski resort, about 30 minutes to Niseko Hanazono ski resort, about 40 minutes to Rusutsu Resort, about 45 minutes to Iwanai Resort and about 1 hour to Kiroro Resort by car. --- 【Accommodation capacity】 The maximum number of guests is 9, but if you would like to stay with more space, the optimal number of guests is roughly 6-7. ----- 【Non-Smoking】 -No smoking is allowed in the room. If there are any signs of smoking or the smell of cigarettes left in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged separately. -If you wish to smoke, you may use the terrace, but no ashtrays are provided due to the risk of fire hazards. ----- 【Shopping】 For grocery shopping, towards to Niseko town and Rankoshi town are about 10 minutes away by car to convenience stores (7-Eleven, Seicomart, Lawson) and about 15 minutes to grocery store (A-coop, Satsudora, DCM Nicot). Kutchan Town is about 30 minutes away, there are three large supermarkets (MaxValue, Lucky, CO-OP) and many commercial facilities such as Homac where you can find everything you need. ----- 【Left item】 Please note that any left items found during cleaning after check-out will be kept for one week from the check-out date. If you wish to have your lost and found mailed to you, there is a charge of 1,100 yen per item if it is within Japan. After that, we will send it to you by cash on delivery. ----- 【Security】 -Please lock the door each time you leave the room, return the key to the key box, and shuffle the dial. -If you lose your key and need a spare key, you will be charged an additional fee. -Please share the key box code with everyone during your stay. - Please close the window when no one is in the room. -No one is allowed to enter the room except the guest who has reserved the room and the room host's staff. ----- 【Please Note】 -Even if the number of guests is less than 5, if the number of guests has increased since the reservation was made without prior notification, an additional fee will be charged for the increased number of guests (8,000 yen per person additional charge). -Please be aware that this is a quiet area, so please be considerate of noise, such as voices, music, and TV, especially at night. -Please do not dump garbage illegally in the neighborhood, and do not litter cigarettes around the facility. -Please return used equipment to its original place each time. -Please be careful not to damage or deface the building or fixtures, or take daily necessities out of the building. - The building is located in a rich natural environment, and although it is kept clean, please note that bugs may appear in the rooms. -If the room is too dirty or messy to be cleaned normally, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. This does not apply to situations where the next guest is late for check-in. -Smoking is not permitted in the building. Please be careful with the source of fire, such as a BBQ, to avoid serious compensation issues. -Campfires are strictly prohibited in the parking lot, on the premises, and in the surrounding area. -Please do not enter the rooms wearing outside shoes. -We are not responsible for any injuries or theft during your stay. ----- 【Please note the winter season (December to May)】 -During the winter season (December to May), parking next to the log cottages is prohibited due to snow falling from the roofs. Please be sure to park in the plowed lot across the street. -We will have snow removal equipment in place, so please help us remove the snow from the entrance and car parking spaces when passing by. -Please do not leave windows open when you are not in your room as water and appliances can freeze and cause serious liability issues. -Please be careful not to place any objects on or around the heater as this may cause fire or injury. -Please do not turn off the FF heater and lower the temperature to about 16℃ (eco mode) before leaving the house, as the house will be completely cold when you return home. This will help prevent fire, freezing of the water supply, and save energy, so we ask for your cooperation. -Please note that we are not responsible for snow falling from the roof if you park your car on either side of the cottage. -We will not be responsible for any injuries caused by falling snow or snow cover on the roof, or falling due to icy conditions. -We will not be responsible for any injuries caused by snow falling from the roof or snow shelters, or by people falling from the roof due to icy conditions.
