This two story north facing house on the marina is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with front and back balconies and striking water views over the Hutchinson Lagoon. The kitchen can take more than one chef, and you will have your choice to entertain over the water, on the deck upstairs or downstairs. If you are looking to just sit back and relax with family and friends this is the place to be. Guest access With your own pontoon to fish, swim or moor your boat. Other things to note As the house is on the water we have supplied a few life jackets for water activities but they are mostly size small adult. We strongly recommend the policy "NO LIFEJACKET NO WATER ACTIVITIES"
