With 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, your family will have sweet slumbers, night after night. On those hot summer days, you can cool down with the AC and on cooler summer nights, sit by the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. There is parking for two cars. The space General Info: Minimum Age Requirement: In accordance with Newport Beach Municipal Code 5.95.045 the minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and the guest of age must be present and reside in the unit for the duration of rental. Each reservation requires a completed guest portal which includes ID verification and a signed rental agreement. All reservations are subject to owner approval Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking - one carport and one garage - not shared. Tight alley! Larger vehicles may not fit. Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA’s, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed. Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided! Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware. You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, etc. Other things to note While the front patio is only for your use, the upstairs guests have walkthrough rights to access the beach.
