The space Our rental has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. Each bedroom has plush bedding, cozy blankets, & ample storage space. The open-plan living & dining area is stylishly designed for relaxation & entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has black stainless steel appliances & butcherblock countertops. Designed to comfortably accommodate eight guests, the space features two bedrooms downstairs with two queen beds each, while upstairs offers two cozy double beds and a tranquil loft. Two pristine bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy. Outside, enjoy outdoor games and the surrounding serene environment—an ideal place to rejuvenate the soul amidst nature's beauty. We do not have boat access directly at the property. We only one dog under 30 lbs for a pet fee of $50 per night. This must be disclosed at booking. Dogs are not allowed in the loft area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note This cottage was built in 1977. It still has the original tongue and groove walls as well as the original chandelier in the living room! If you have a keen eye for wild life, you might catch a glimpse of a bald eagle who nests nearby! We have ample room for boats and plug ins and water hook ups conveniently located outside. How far is the lake from the property ? - the lake is conveniently just a short 2-3 minute walk away. 2. How far is the beach complex from the property? - Approximately a 26-minute drive from the property. 3. Is there a fish in the lake? - Yes, Lake Guntersville is one of the best Bass fishing lakes in the country. 4. Are pets allowed? - Yes, but we only allow 1 dog per booking and a weight limit of no more than 35 lb. 5. Is this nestled in the woods? - We have a whole wooded area behind the house, with a 200-yd trail to the lake side. 6. Do you provide charcoal or wood and other fire-burning materials? - We provide charcoal for the grill, but unfortunately we don’t provide firewood. We don't have a lighter, but we have matches in the kitchen. 7. Are there any grocery store nearby? - There is a Publix about five minutes away. The city of Guntersville is also about 10 to 15 minutes away and has a few different grocery stores. 8. Are there board games in the house? - Yes we have plenty of games, puzzle, cards, and etc Just like a hotel, a security deposit is required. This is a hold on your credit card and is not a charge. This is released after check-out presuming no damage, just like a hotel. Should you not feel comfortable submitting this, we kindly request that you find other accommodations more suitable to your needs. In addition, a renter agreement must be signed. Only upon signing the renter agreement and placing security deposit on hold will check-in instructions be given.
