Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or unwind, this home offers comfort and entertainment for all! The space Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious home is ideal for families and groups, whether large or small. Upstairs, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses, two full bathrooms, and a fun game room. The main floor features a well-equipped kitchen, family room, dining area, mudroom, laundry room, half bath, and an office/den with a sleeper sofa. Relax on the patio and enjoy the beautiful backyard, which backs up to a canal with lots of ducks and mature trees. (There is a 5 ft. view fence for safety with no direct access to the water from the backyard). Enjoy the BBQ grill, pick fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden (seasonal), and park in the deep 2-car garage (third bay unavailable). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard except for the third car garage, pantry, and closet under the stairs. Other things to note Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Guests will be asked to take out the trash and start the dishwasher before leaving. No parties or pets allowed!
