ENTRY: up a flight of stairs to the entire second floor of the house LIVING ROOM: sleeper sofa, accent chairs, coffee table, 65” smart TV equipped with top streaming channels, board games DINING ROOM: formal dining space for up to 6 guests KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee maker (traditional drip), Keurig BEDROOM 1: king bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, 40” smart TV BEDROOM 2: queen bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, 40” smart TV, desk with extra computer monitor BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, shower/tub combo, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion) LAUNDRY: guests have access to an in-unit washer and dryer during their stay NO pets, violations subject to fines. Guest access Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic access code with check-in instructions for the front lobby door. Other things to note A few important things to note: We are a 100% Non-Smoking/Vaping and Pet Free property. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed anywhere on our property at all, inside or out. And out of consideration to our guests with pet allergies, we do not accept pets of any kind. We are sorry for any inconvenience. This is an upper-level duplex apartment in a lovely Staunton neighborhood with free street parking directly in front of the home. It is important to note that there are a moderate number of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. We want all guests to have the most ideal stay possible, so if you find that you need accommodations that allow for smoking or pets anywhere inside or outside of the property, if you prefer a single family home where there is no risk of hearing your neighbors from time to time, or if you are not comfortable with climbing stairs or walking a short distance from your car to the house, then our property may not be the best fit for you.
