2 Bedroom Guest Suite with Private Entry, Check-in

This guest suite is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and plenty of on-street parking. We are centrally located, about 1.5 hours from DIA and 20 minutes north of COS airports. Just minutes from the Powers and Academy blvds, you can get to your destination with ease. Here, you will find a spacious living room and kitchenette stocked with supplies for basic meal prep. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with all supplies provided. The space This is our primary residence, so you will likely see or hear us coming and going throughout your stay. However, the guest suite is completely private. There are 12 STAIRS down to the suite-- please make sure you are ok with this before booking! NOT 420 friendly, no smoking or drugs or any kind please. STR permit # A-STRP-23-0657 Some common questions: How does check-in work? --About 24 hours before your stay, you will receive instructions and your unique keypad number to enter our home. This number is changed after every guest. Additionally, your entry can be locked from the inside at the bottom of the steps. Is this a good space for kids? --Yes! We have one of our own you may hear from time to time. --Be aware that there is no bath tub. --There are knives in the kitchen drawer. Please feel to move things around as you need for safety. --Pack-n-play, bassinet, Bumbo seat, and bouncy recliner are available, just ask! How many stairs will I need to climb? --Three stairs to the back porch, and 12 to get down to the Guest suite. Are the check-in and check-out times flexible? --Yes, but it needs to be pre-arranged with the hosts. We will try to work with you if bookings are not back-to-back. Guest access The entire lower level of our home is yours during your stay, minus the furnace room. Other things to note Just a reminder- we do not have central AC. We have provided fans in each bedroom for hot days. Also, feel free to open the windows if you prefer. Even in the summertime, evenings are usually cool.
