Life is better at the beach

This holiday home is directly opposite the beach. It is a totally refurbished, ground floor unit with a very big private garden and 2 patios to entertain or relax. There are beautiful ocean views from the shared rooftop terrace. The decor is simple, but stylish. It has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The space Single level ground floor apartment, very big garden(exclusive use )with an above ground trampoline, 2 covered patios, 1 off the living area with a 10 seater round table and a Webber bbq, the other off the 2nd bedroom with a 5 seater corner lounge, a hammock under the tree to relax, outdoor tap to clean off after the beach, complex swimming pool a few meters from the front door, a rooftop terrace with ocean views ( shared area) single garage with a table tennis or fold up the table to make space for a small car, street parking directly next to the garden entrance, a fully equipped laundry and outdoor wash line. Guest access Communal swimming pool a few steps from the front door, a shared rooftop terace with amazing sunset, ocean and mountain views. Other things to note There is air conditioning in living area, main bedroom & all 3 bedrooms. Fans in the main bedroom & 2nd bedroom. ( not bunk room) Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS No jumping on the trampoline before 8am and after 6pm. Unfortunately this is strictly a “no pets complex”. Feel free to use the beach gazebo, chairs and beach toys with respect. Please wash off sand and pack back after use There is coffee machine to use if you would like to buy Aldi coffee pods. The kitchen has a roving supply of basic condiments( salt, pepper, spices), usually has tomato and bbq sauce. Has al foil and cling wrap. The basic essentials are provided to get you started on your stay, and after this you will have to replenish for the remainder of your stay. There is a smart tv with Netflix. Please note that the garage does store items for guests convenience such as beach chairs, a gazebo an esky etc. and a folded up table tennis for guests to enjoy during their stay. But because it’s a tight fit we prefer to park our car on the street which has direct access into our garden. There are also 2 old scooters for the kids to use, but no riding on the complex driveway allowed.
