Description
Fully furnished, new kitchen, VERY clean. Perfect place for a stay in SLC, esp for work vacation or long term stay. 2 Bedrooms, 2 queen beds (1 extra bed is single bed trundle for kids. ) Perfect SLC location! 30 min to Cottonwoods, 45 min to PC. 5 min to I-80 and I-15. High Speed 5G Fiber WIFI (see photos for speed). Coin laundry. 1 parking spot in carport. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Smart TV. Quiet and close to public transit + grocery and coffee shops. The space 2 fully furnished bedrooms with chest of drawers and queen beds. 1 queen bed has a pull out twin trundle bed (see photos). Living room sofa is hide-a-bed - queen size - could sleep 2 kids or 1 adult comfortably. LOCATION! - right off of the I-80 / I-15 area. Easy access to public transportation and no more than 30-45 min to all ski resorts or 30-45 min to great hiking. Grocery store across the street and several small restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Security cameras on property for tenant safety. No contact entry, keypad entry. Laundry - coin opp machines located in laundry room right outside the door to this unit. Quarters and laundry soap not provided by host. (Guests are expected to rotate their laundry in a timely manner so as to make room for others who use the public laundry room.) NOTE - This unit is a downstairs apartment in a 4 plex building. Generally, the other tenants are quiet, but guests can expect to hear occasional muffled sounds from other tenants. Any problems with excessive tenant noise can be resolved by contacting host. Guests are also expected to be respectful of shared space in a 4 plex and respect long term tenants. Guest access No contact entry; keypad deadbolts 1 parking spot under covered carport for 1 car. Any other cars need to park on street. All guests understand that host is not responsible for some or any damage caused to guest's car due to action of others. Other things to note I am the owner and property manager of this unit and the building. I only live 2 miles from the property and am willing and happy to work out any issues that might arise during your stay. As a UT native I'm always excited to show others my home state, and welcome you to SLC. The location of this unit is within 15 min of most of what SLC has to offer and no more than 30 min to 4 ski resorts (unless it's a powder day and traffic is backed up!) and hiking options. 35 min drive to Park City - and not as expensive as a Park City Airbnb! Hiking and mountain biking are also easily accessible. Quiet Hours: 9pm-7am in unit and all shared spaces such as entryways, outside and laundry room. Guest agrees to be quiet, clean and respectful of the property and other tenants in the building. Not a party place. No more than 6 people may occupy the unit during the stay. Upon booking host needs to be informed of any and all guests who are staying overnight. Host will only rent directly to guests who are approved by Airbnb and will be personally staying for nights reserved. (no renting on behalf of others). Host will provide dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, a few rolls of TP, shower gel, and garbage bags upon check in. In the case the guest is a long term stay he/she will need to replenish any used goods once the supply has run out. Guest agrees to not give out entry codes to anyone other than those who are also in their travel party. Guest will bag and securely tie all garbage in plastic garbage bags before disposing in dumpster, and throw away all personal garbage upon check out. A $15 fee will be charged if personal garbage is not taken out of the unit upon check out. Guest will be charged $25 key fee in the case the laundry room key is lost. Weapons not allowed Long term rentals (any stay that is more than 29 days) will be required to sign a tenancy lease that is compliant with Utah tenancy law. The host can provide this lease through an electronic signature system. A refundable deposit may also be required. * refer to other 4-plex specific house rules provided upon move in. *
